We provide flexible Balance Transfer + top-up options for you if you are transferring your outstanding home loans with other financial institutions/banks to us. Under this facility, you can avail top-up loans that amount to more than 100% of the outstanding balance transfer, provided the credit policy norms are met.

Top Up Loans

If you are our existing home loan customer with a good repayment track record or have just transferred your existing home loan with other financial institution to us and need additional funds, we can help you out. We are offering a top-up loan, an add-on facility for our existing home loan customers like you, who require funds for personal or business use.

Individuals who are Salaried, Self Employed Professionals or Self-Employed Non-Professionals.

Purpose

Capri Balance Transfer + Top Up Loans can be used for balance transfer of your existing loan and the top loans can be availed for meeting personal and business needs.

Loan amount

Capri Balance Transfer + Top Up Loans are available in the range of Rs. 2 – 50 lakh.

Our Balance Transfer + Top Up Loans are offered at the most competitive interest rates. We offer both Floating and Mixed interest rate loans where the interest rate is fixed during the initial 3 years and thereafter it converts to a floating rate.

CGHFL follows risk based pricing approach by taking into account, broad parameters like borrower’s credit profile and collateral type. Applicable interest rate is a function of company’s cost of funds and prevailing market rates at the time of sanction.
